We have been attempting to serve you with a copy of the complaint that has been filed against Claimwrite, Inc., the company you own and are sole office holder. We believe that you are aware of the action, as your husband contacted my attorney regarding the complaint. I am sure that my counsel will discuss with the Court our inability to serve you.

On February 20, 2024, I had a conversation with your husband regarding the 12 weeks of back pay that I was owed. I asked him if, at the very least, my weekly paycheck could resume and we would discuss the back pay later.

On February 21, 2024, you (SAMANTHA HOPE HERRING) terminated me. I have included a copy of the termination, signed by you, below. Why did you fire me? There was no cause given. Was it because I asked your husband for a paycheck after getting 3 months behind on payroll?

My final paycheck was 12% short. Why didn't you pay me my full salary?

Please understand...this is an action against Claimwrite, Inc., a company of which you are the sole owner and officer.  At the end of the day YOU will be responsible for the outcome of the case.
